Role Summary:
The Director of Sales is the procedural engineer who creates, implements, and oversees the most efficient and effective sales procedures to drive new and profitable business. They are critical to our company’s purpose is keeping our installers fed with the maximum backlog of work possible. Backed by this divine purpose, the leader of our sales organization must cultivate a multitude of personalities and skill sets into a cohesive, collaborative, and abundant team.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
· Commercial Account Managers (2-3x)
· Estimator (1-2x)
· Residential Account Managers (3-4x)
· Business Development Representative (1-2x)
· Admin./Sales Assistant (1-2x)
Qualifications:
· Understanding and experience using computer technology
· Must have the ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions at the level necessary to accomplish the job
· Must maintain regular attendance, exhibit positive and professional conduct
· Capable of working with minimal supervision
· Must be able to relate positively and favorably to customers and employees and to work cooperatively with others.
· Must be able and willing to learn and acquire knowledge in the field on an ongoing basis and grow and develop as a leader through personal development, ongoing education, and on-the-job experiences
· Must be able to follow industry safety rules and adhere to company and contractor standards

Essential Functions:
General expectations
· Seek: Establish prospecting/hunting guidelines to find new business
· Execute: Streamline bidding procedures to produce accurate and timely quotes that close the deal
· Dazzle: Ensure proposal and marketing literature are effective in separating our company from the next
· Finish: Ensure timely, accurate,e and comprehensive handoff to operations and ensure mutual team effort is committed towards excellence in the eyes of our customers
Cultivate/LMA-Lead Manage and Hold accountable
· Hire and train the necessary and allocated staff
· Ensure the well-being of all sales individuals entrusted with
· Regularly, consistently, and fairly evaluate and provide feedback to optimize individual contributions toward the team goal
· Cultivate a positive and winning environment that breeds success
Integration
· Work directly with the Director of Ops and CFO to establish cross-department cohesion
· Ensure turn-in procedures are solid and followed
· Ensure a symbiotic, healthy relationship between sales and operations, committed to mutual success
· Assist in any remedies as necessary to mitigate customer disappointment or scope gap.
Work Environment and physical demands: The work environment includes offices, construction sites, and construction yards. Both indoor and outdoor environments. Physical demands can include walking, lifting, bending, climbing, and crouching.
